KerrynARTISTIC DIRECTORKerryn is a highly accomplished cutter and colourist specialising in creative colour, avantgarde, lightening and colour correction. Whether its seamless blending of natural colour, or something totally O.T.T., Kerryn has the vision and expertise to achieve the result you’re looking for, without compromising the health of your hair. Kerryn has also holds global accreditation as a Redken Certified Hair Colourist, including certification in Highlighting and Balayage. Kerryn commenced hairdressing as part of her HSC and has been laughing her way through Locks Hair since 2010. Kerryn loves life’s adventurous pursuits balanced with a little quiet time: be it a good book, family or her fur-babies. |

HannahCUTTING DIRECTORHannah is Locks’ all-rounder stylist; balancing her expertise with soft texture cuts with complementing colours and a style finish to create a beautiful ‘total look’ for our guests. A curl connoisseur, and restyle specialist, she has also achieved global accreditation as a Redken Certified Hair Colourist. Hannah is a Balmain local. Peninsula residents will have recognised her famous friendly smile on Darling Street for over twenty years. |

OlenaADVANCED STYLISTHi, my name is Olena, and I am from Kyiv, Ukraine! I have been a hairdresser for over 20 years and I just can’t imagine my life without my favourite thing. I love the beauty around me and try to increase it. Everyone who sits next to me in a chair is unique and I try to emphasise that. I love working with long hair, complex colouring, I have a lot of different techniques and I know what your hair needs! I believe that there is always a magical connection between the client and the stylist when we understand each other without words. And working here in Sydney, I was convinced of that once again. Being away from the home I had to leave because of the war, I received incredible support from people I never knew. Thousands of miles separate us, but the magical connection works in all corners of the world! |

NinaEMERGING STYLISTNina is from Ballarat, joining the Locks team in June 2021 as a salon assistant during her HSC. Completing her HSC in November she was finally able to ‘officially’ commence her Hairdressing Apprenticeship with us, already ahead of the game in her training and education. Now you’ll meet Nina on the floor performing exacting colour applications, Keratin smoothing and beautiful finishes. The Victorian state champion in Calisthenics Dancing in 2015, Nina still strives for perfection in her new career. And of course, Nina has always been an avid Sydney Swans supporter. |

IZZYJUNIOR STYLISTIsabella’s blood runs with hairdressing passion; she’s 3rd generation from her own talented Adelaide family of hairdressers. Following in the footsteps of Diane, our salon’s founder, Izzy has come here to meekly make her mark in the NSW hair industry. She diligently performs her formative salon skills with exacting precision and utmost care. Help us welcome Izzy to the Locks Hair family. |

AnnaSALON ASSISTANTSeen-and-not-heard (mostly) Anna is the salon’s backbone and support, keeping our guests feel welcomed and comfortable. BenBen is Locks Hair’s owner and manager. He believes that the salon and its guests should have an ongoing relationship of trust. He leads the stylist team by demonstrating a caring service culture, supporting the team’s needs, and by continually developing individual skills and talents. His role is to ensure that the salon’s guests have had a wonderful five-star experience and have left Locks Hair with a beautiful result they can maintain between services. Ben loves travelling with his wife and two adult sons, and enjoys reading, role-play gaming and rock n’ roll. |
